The University's Committee for Academic Affairs shall be responsible for
1. deciding the curricula and degree requirements
2. deciding the student admission criteria
3. deciding other general rules concerning teaching, research and artistic activities
4. setting the necessary committees which discuss issues concerning degrees, evaluation and rectification or other bodies required for implementing research and teaching and appointing their chairpersons, members and vice members and determining regulations which direct their operations
5. deciding the duration of the term of office of the board and its members with the amendment to the rules of the foundation
6. appointing and dismissing the members of the nomination committee referred to in Section 15
7. deciding on giving the honorary title of doctor honoris causa
Four (4) actual student members and their personal deputy members shall be elected to the committee.
